Gigi + Roo Returns & Exchange Policy

At Gigi & Roo, we strive to ensure that you and your little ones are delighted with every purchase. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, please review our returns and exchange policy below.


1. Return Eligibility:

    • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original
      packaging with all tags attached. We are unable to accept returns of used, washed or customer damaged goods.
    • Non-Returnable Items: Please note that sale items are final sale and
      cannot be returned or exchanged. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items:

    • Immediate Notification: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us immediately (within 1-2 days) at info@gigiandroo.com
    • Resolution: Upon verification, we will arrange for the return shipping at our cost and offer a replacement or full refund.


3. Exchanges for Incorrect Selection (Size, Colour):

    • Exchange Requests: If you have selected the wrong size or colour, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired item.
      • If the item is in stock, we will process the exchange.
      • If the item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit for the value of the returned item.
    • Shipping Costs: For exchanges due to incorrect selection, it is the customers responsibility to arrange return shipment via a reputable courier service. Gigi + Roo is not liable for any lost parcels. Should you prefer Gigi + Roo to arrange the return via our courier, a R99 fee will apply.

4. Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at info@gigiandroo.com with your order number, reason for
    return, and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization
    Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your
    exchange, refund, or store credit as applicable.
  5. If item received back does not qualify for a return this item will automatically be returned to the customer. Gigi + Roo reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude that the state of the item is unfit for return.

 

5. Additional Information:

    • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed after we receive the item(s).
    • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Store Credit: Store credits will be issued via a unique code sent to your email, redeemable on our website.
