    • All payments are processed securely via Shopify and approved payment gateways

Shipping and Delivery

    • We ship within South Africa
    •  Delivery times are estimates and may vary
    • You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched
    • Gigi + Roo is not liable for delays caused by couriers or external events

Pricing and Promotions

    • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR)
    • We reserve the right to update prices or run promotions without prior notice
    • Discount codes may not be combined unless stated otherwise
