Gigi + Roo strives to make your shopping experience as easy as possible!

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days from the time of payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Delivery Options
We currently offer three convenient shipping options across South Africa:

1. Door-to-Door Courier – R99

• • Delivered within 3–5 working days.
  • Sent via reputable, fully trackable courier services.
  • Delivery directly to your doorstep – safe, simple, and stress-free.

2. PUDO Locker Delivery – R59

• • Delivered to a PUDO locker near you within 5-7 working days.
  • Ideal for flexibility and contactless collection.
  • You’ll receive a code to access your parcel once it arrives.

3. Free HQ Collection – Illovo, Johannesburg

• • Prefer to pick up your order? You’re welcome to collect from the Gigi + Roo HQ in Illovo, Johannesburg.
  • We’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Tracking Your Order

All shipping methods include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email your tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Delivery Notes

• • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout to avoid any mishaps or delays.
  • While we always aim to meet our delivery timeframes, occasional courier delays may occur and are beyond our control - but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
  • Please note for personalised orders, a separate timeline will follow as stated on the personalised product description. Further to this, should your order include a personalised item, the entire order will ship according to this timeframe.
